第1条（利用規約への同意）
XPT（X Poker Tour）のウェブサイトおよび関連サービスに登録・利用することで、本利用規約に同意したものとみなします。同意いただけない場合は、サービスのご利用をお控えください。
第2条（利用資格）
XPTへの登録・参加は18歳以上の方に限ります。登録時に提供する情報は正確なものである必要があります。
第3条（アカウントの管理）
アカウントのログイン情報の管理はご自身の責任で行ってください。不正利用が疑われる場合は、速やかに運営までご連絡ください。
第4条（イベント参加）
XPTイベントへの参加は空き状況およびイベントごとのルールに準じます。XPTは参加の変更・中止・拒否を裁量で行う権利を有します。バイインおよび参加費は原則として返金不可です。
第5条（行動規範）
参加者は他のプレイヤー・スタッフ・会場関係者に対して礼節ある行動をとることが求められます。不正行為・ハラスメント等があった場合、XPTは参加資格を取り消す権利を有します。
第6条（知的財産）
本サイトのすべてのコンテンツ（テキスト・画像・ロゴ・大会データ等）はXPTまたはライセンサーに帰属し、事前の書面による許可なく複製することはできません。
第7条（免責事項）
XPTはイベントへの参加またはサービスの利用に起因する間接的・付随的損害について責任を負いません。
第8条（規約の変更）
XPTは本規約をいつでも変更できるものとします。変更後もサービスを継続利用した場合、改訂された規約に同意したものとみなします。
第9条（準拠法）
本規約は適用される現地法に準拠します。紛争が生じた場合は、まず誠意をもって協議による解決を図るものとします。

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using the XPT (X Poker Tour) website and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and participate in XPT events. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information provided is accurate.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Event Participation
Participation in XPT events is subject to availability and event-specific rules. XPT reserves the right to modify, cancel, or refuse participation at its sole discretion. All buy-ins and fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
5. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward other players, staff, and venue personnel. XPT reserves the right to disqualify or remove any participant who engages in unsportsmanlike conduct, cheating, or harassment.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and tournament data, is the property of XPT or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
XPT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in events or use of our services.
8. Changes to Terms
XPT reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before resorting to formal legal proceedings.
