XPTへの登録時に、氏名・メールアドレス・ポーカーネーム・生年月日・電話番号（任意）を収集します。POY（年間最優秀選手）ランキングの管理目的で、ポカステIDを収集する場合があります。また、イベント開催中はチップ数・座席情報を記録します。
第2条（情報の利用目的）
収集した情報は、アカウント管理・イベントへの参加管理・ランキング表示・イベント情報の案内に使用します。XPTのイベントと無関係な広告・マーケティングに個人情報を使用することはありません。
第3条（情報の共有）
法令に基づく場合またはイベント運営に必要な場合を除き、第三者に個人情報を販売・提供することはありません。ポーカーネームおよびランキングデータは公開されます。氏名・生年月日・連絡先はXPTスタッフのみが閲覧できます。
第4条（情報の安全管理）
個人情報への不正アクセスを防ぐため、適切な安全対策を講じています。パスワードは暗号化して保管し、平文での保存は行いません。ただし、インターネット上の通信において完全な安全を保証することはできません。
第5条（Cookie）

When you register for XPT, we collect the following information: your name, email address, poker name, date of birth, and phone number (optional). We may also collect your Pokaste ID for POY (Player of the Year) ranking purposes. During events, chip counts and seat assignment data are recorded.

Your information is used to manage your account, facilitate event participation, display rankings, and communicate event updates. We do not use your personal data for advertising or marketing purposes unrelated to XPT events.
